Is there parking?

City street parking is available as well as valet parking.

Is the restaurant open during the show?

Yes, our restaurant is open before and during the show. If you are coming for dinner beforehand we recommend you make reservations.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The event is held inside on our second level in our event venue area named Crown Hall.

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, we have restrooms upstairs in the event hall, and downstairs in the restaurant.

Are tickets refundable?

Due to the nature of this digital product, tickets are non-refundable.

Do you only serve beer?

No, we have a full bar including cocktails, mocktails, wine and spirits!

Are pets allowed at the event?

Sorry, pets are not allowed during the concert.

Is there seating?

This is a standing event in a large open space with no seating. The exception is our VIP ticket and seating area.

Is there a dress code?

Attendees must wear shoes, and tops in addition to bottoms, but style wise-we invite you to come as you are.
