Four Unique Spaces To Choose From

Our event spaces: Crown Hall, Private Dining Room, Whiskey Lounge, Biergarten Courtyard

Keep your friends and family warm this holiday season in our outdoor event tent. This space is seasonally available and includes heaters and seating options of your choice.


Accommodates 100 guests. 


Crown Hall

Our spacious, rustic ballroom creates a relaxing atmosphere by highlighting our refurbished 1898 Crown Cork and Seal factory floors, custom metal chandeliers, and exposed brick. Features of the space include a private bar, private restrooms, a 22 ft LED television and elevator access. This space accommodates 200 guests for a seated event, 160 with a dance floor, and 300 for a standing reception.


Painters Private Dining Room

Our newest space named after William Painter an American mechanical engineer and inventor of the crown cork bottle cap and bottle opener right here at Guilford Hall, includes golden mirrors, metal and crystal chandeliers, and exposed brick with a long family style table.


Accommodates up to 22 guests.

Whiskey Lounge

Right off of our Biergarten is our Whiskey Lounge space which is a combination of indoor and outdoor cocktail tables and a private speakeasy style bar with a dedicated bartender to elevate your experience.


Accommodates up to 50 guests cocktail style.


biergarten Courtyard

Our Courtyard is a portion of our Biergarten with ample picnic tables and a grassy area for outdoor games.

Accommodates 30-100 guests depending

on style of event.

Frequently asked event questions...

What is the capacity of the Crown Hall space? 

This space accommodates 200 guests for a seated event, 160 with a dance floor, and 300 for a standing reception.


Can you do your Ceremony and Reception at Guilford or just your Reception?

Absolutely. We have a lot of couples that have their Ceremony and then Cocktail Hour in our Biergarten prior to their Reception upstairs in Crown Hall.


What is the parking situation?

We have ample street parking as we are very close to schools and residences. We can also provide Valet for your guests. This ranges between $750-$3000 depending on how many cars, date, and times.


Do you have a Wedding Suite?

We have two Air B&Bs within one block that we rent to wedding clients to get ready in.


How much set up time do we get?

3 Hours to Set Up and 1 Hour to Breakdown.


Does Guilford Hall provide the catering?

Most of our larger events go through Guilford Hall for their catering for their big day, but we do have an open catering list. You are able to bring in outside catering for a fee. All beverages and bartenders in either case must go through Guilford Hall.


Will the Restaurant be open during my event?

Yes, the restaurant will run normally, but we have a host as well as signage to help guests find where they are supposed to go. There is also the option to buy out the full restaurant for your event.


Do you have an approved list of vendors?

Yes, we have a preferred Vendors List, but you are not required to use these companies. All companies must be insured and contact information provided.


Do you own furniture we can use?

Yes, we own a variety of tables and chairs from 5ft Farm Tables to 72 in rounds, 30 in hightops and black wood chairs. We do not own chairs for outdoor ceremonies/events. These would need to be rented.


What is your Rain Plan?

We have a few different options including renting a rain plan tent or a turnover in our Crown Hall space.

Amazing staff and coordinator!!

We had the most perfect wedding reception at Guilford. Everything went so smoothly and even if it didn't, we didn't notice and neither did our guests. We've heard so many wonderful things from friends and family about Nicole-Guilford's amazing event coordinator, Bill - and the rest of our bartenders, the food, and the space in general. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive and there was barely a moment where we weren't being taken care of.

It's very clear the skill and years of experience Nicole has in the industry, as she helped us very quickly navigate through details we hadn't considered in a very short timeframe. The menu and execution was masterful and we appreciated all the flexibility while we hashed out what we wanted with Chef. Again, we've only heard incredibly positive remarks about the food. We were able to bring our vision to this beautiful space and the staff exceeded our expectations. Don't sleep on this beautiful space for your wedding.
