Located in the original 1898 Crown Cork & Seal factory in Station North, our brewery and restaurant complex features hand-crafted lagers and ales with recipes derived from Bavarian brewing traditions. Our Golden Ale combines the flavors of European pilsner malt with the balance of noble hops and the spiced character of a traditional Belgian yeast strain.

Belgian candi sugar is added to the boil to increase the amount of sugar in the wort. The increased sugar means more alcohol!

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to raise crucial funds for the fight against pancreatic cancer.
