landbier (country beer) is an ode to the franconian tradition of using highly local ingredients. here we used a variety of malts from bear branch, including rye, & brewers gold hops from black locust. double decocted & step mashed, this all md beer pours pale amber in color with notes of honeyed rye toast & balanced hop character.

This beer pays homage to one of the pioneers of the american craft beer movement. produced with pilsner, white wheat & caramunich malts, & hopped with mandarina bavaria & huell melon. a clean grist bill forms the base on which the hops & yeast can express themselves. expect notes of candied bitter orange peel, citrus & lemongrass.

Our flagship czech-style pilsner keeps in brewing tradition through a step mash regimen paired with a double decoction. floor malted pilsner & german pilsner malts pair with czech saaz hops. expect a balanced sip, melding the lemon zest & spicy floral sides of saaz with the hints of biscuit, cracker & bread from the traditional czech malt.

This czech-style dark lager is produced through a double decoction and is step mashed. a german pilsner malt base is accentuated by dark munich & chocolate malts, along with czech saaz hops. a toasted bread character drives this beer, along with hints of chocolate & coffee. the clean & easy noble hop character provides a great balance.

The first in our series in partnership with the baltimore fire officers foundation. this perfectly balanced italian-style pale lager uses concepts from our favorite italian pilsner. brewed with italian-grown pilsner, caramunich malts & hopped with czech saaz, german perle & magnum, this sessionable ipl has subtle notes of hay & honey that shine from the unique malt, & backed by a spicy & floral hop character.

This belgian-style ale is an exercise in simplicity, allowing a showcase for our yeast. a combination of german pilsner malt & belgian candi sugar are used as a backdrop for which accentuates notes of pear, apple & spice. a controlled fermentation allows for a deceptively smooth experience, despite the high alcohol content.
