The aroma opens with malty sweetness and fresh biscuit, setting the stage for elegant floral hop character from Hallertau Perle, Tettnang Tettnanger, and Saphir hops. Subtle citrus notes lift the profile while a clean, firm bitterness keeps the finish sharp and refreshing. Fun Fact:
Baltimore’s paramedics were actually some of the first in the whole country to bring hospital-level heart care right out into the streets. Back in the ’70s they were already providing advanced cardiac care on-scene. Pretty cool for Charm City!
