Crisp, classic, and unapologetically traditional, Paramedic Pilsner is a German-style pilsner brewed with Isaria 1924 Pilsner malt and a time-honored double decoction, multi-step mash. The aroma opens with malty sweetness and fresh biscuit, setting the stage for elegant floral hop character from Hallertau Perle, Tettnang Tettnanger, and Saphir hops. Subtle citrus notes lift the profile while a clean, firm bitterness keeps the finish sharp and refreshing. Lagered cold and brewed for early spring drinking, this pilsner delivers balance, precision, and unmistakable old-world character from March through May.
Fun Fact:
Baltimore’s paramedics were actually some of the first in the whole country to bring hospital-level heart care right out into the streets. Back in the ’70s they were already providing advanced cardiac care on-scene. Pretty cool for Charm City!
