Guilford Hall Brewery Stein Club Policy, Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview
The Guilford Hall Brewery Stein Club celebrates our most loyal guests and lovers of craft beer. Members enjoy exclusive perks, events, and a personalized experience at our historic brewery in the heart of Baltimore. By joining, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
 
2. Membership Eligibility

  • Members must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and registered to one individual only.
    A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of use.
     

3. Membership Benefits

  • Exclusive discounts on beer, food, and select merchandise.

  • Early access to limited beer releases and seasonal events.
    Invitations to member-only tastings, dinners, and brewery events.

  • (Benefits are subject to change or substitution at the Brewery’s discretion.)
     

4. Membership Term

  • Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration.

  • Renewal invitations will be sent prior to expiration.

  • Guilford Hall Brewery reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Stein Club at any time.
     

5. Membership Fees

  • Annual membership fees are due in full upon registration.

  • Fees are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member.

  • Pricing and benefits may be updated annually.
     

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds:
     

    • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

    • Refunds will only be issued if Guilford Hall Brewery cancels the Stein Club program in its entirety.

    • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time or missed events.
       

  • Cancellations:
     

    • Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying marketing@guilfordhall.com, but cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund.

    • Guilford Hall Brewery reserves the right to revoke membership privileges at any time due to inappropriate conduct, policy violations, or misuse of benefits. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
       

7. Lost or Damaged Steins

  • Steins remain the property of Guilford Hall Brewery and must stay on-site.

  • If a stein is lost or damaged, a replacement fee may apply.

  • Members are encouraged to treat their personalized stein with care.
     

8. Code of Conduct
We take pride in maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment for all guests.
Members are expected to:

  • Treat staff and fellow patrons courteously.

  • Drink responsibly and comply with all state and local alcohol laws.
    Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
     

9. Communication
Guilford Hall Brewery will communicate official Stein Club updates, events, and renewal information via the email address provided at registration. Please ensure your contact information remains current to receive full membership benefits.
 
10. Liability Waiver
By joining the Stein Club, members acknowledge that participation and alcohol consumption carry inherent risks. Members agree to hold Guilford Hall Brewery, its owners, and staff harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the program or associated events.
